摘要

针对萘用硫酸磺化时废酸多、污染重的问题,分别用三氧化硫吡啶络合物(SO3PY)磺化和浓硫酸与SO3PY共同磺化的方法合成了1,6-萘二磺酸钠(1,6-NDAS),考察了投料比、反应温度、反应时间对产品收率和选择性的影响,得到合成1,6-NDAS的较佳工艺条件。通过对比发现,SO3PY和浓硫酸混合物作磺化剂,既能减少酸的用量、废酸排放,又可提高产品的选择性及收率。在磺化温度为170℃、各反应组分投料摩尔比为1.5∶1.5∶1[n(SO3PY)∶n(98%浓硫酸)∶n(萘)]的较优反应条件下,1,6-NDAS的收率为49.05%。

Abstract

Aiming at solving the problems of excessive waste acid and heavy pollution in sulfonation of naphthalene with sulfuric acid,sodium 1,6-naphthalene disulfonate is synthesized respectively through the sulfonation of sulfur trioxide pyridine complex (SO3PY) and the composite sulfonation of concentrated sulfuric acid with SO3PY.The effects of feed ratio,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield and purity of product are studied,and the preferred process conditions for the synthesis of sodium 1,6-naphthalene disulfonate are found.By comparison,SO3PY and concentrated sulfuric acid are mixed as sulfonating agent,which can cut down the consuming amount of sulfuric acid and the emission of waste acid while can improve the purity and yield of product.The yield of sodium 1,6-naphthalene disulfonate can achieve 49.05% when the synthesis is performed under the optimal conditions as follows:sulfonation temperature is set at 170℃ and the feed ratio of SO3PY:98% concentrated sulfuric acid:naphthalene is 1.5:1.5:1.
