摘要
段塞流是通过在液体管道内引入气体,使气、液两相在管道中连续交替流动,将其应用于结晶过程中可制备形状完整、尺寸分布窄的高质量晶体。以甜蜜素为研究对象,运用段塞流结晶方式考察气/液速比、管径对段塞稳定性的影响。在此基础上,以晶体尺寸及尺寸分布为指标,优化确定合适的气/液速比和管径。与间歇结晶过程的对比结果表明,段塞流结晶方式可有效改善晶体破碎现象。
Abstract
Slug flow is defined as the gas and liquid phases flow alternately in the pipeline by drawing gas into liquid pipeline.High quality of crystals with the complete shape and narrow size distribution can be prepared by using slug flow in the crystallization process.Through using slug flow crystallization in the crystallization of sodium cyclamate,the influences of flow rate ratio of gas/liquid and tube diameter on the stability of slugs are evaluated,which is therefore used to optimize and determine the suitable flow rate ratio of gas/liquid and tube diameter by using crystal size and size distribution as indexes.By comparing with the batch crystallization,the slug-flow crystallization can effectively reduce crystal fragmentation.
