摘要

介绍了TiO2的特点和以TiO2为光催化剂的反应器的不同类型及结构。根据TiO2的催化氧化机理和常用形态,将反应器结构分为悬浮式、固定式和与膜组件耦合的反应器;按照对光源的利用情况将反应器分为聚光型、非聚光型和复合型光催化反应器,并简述了光催化微反应器。指出了当前光催化剂及光催化反应器存在的一些问题:TiO2只能利用紫外光,对光源总的利用率不足;催化剂回收及反应效率之间存在矛盾;直接针对生活生产中有机废水处理的研究不足。

Abstract

The characteristics of TiO2,and various types and structures of reactors that use TiO2 as photocatalyst are introduced.According to the catalytic oxidation mechanism of TiO2 and its common form,the reactor structures are divided into suspension type,fixed type and membrane module coupled type.In accordance with the use mode of the light source,reactors are divided into spotlight type,non-spotlight type and composite photocatalyst.A photocatalytic microreactor is also described briefly.Some problems existing in the current photocatalyst and photocatalytic reactor are pointed out,including that TiO2 can only make use of ultraviolet light with an insufficient total utilization to light source,there is a contradiction between the recovery of catalyst and the efficiency of reaction,and the research on treatment of organic wastewater in the production and living is not enough.
