摘要

介绍了我国铜冶炼技术及铜渣资源现状,分析了不同冶炼方法所产生的铜渣中铁的赋存状态。针对铜渣的特性,综述了现有的铜渣还原处理方法并介绍了深度还原技术的相关概念。依照还原剂种类的不同,详细介绍了气基深度还原、煤基深度还原、油基深度还原3种从铜渣中深度还原回收铁的方法,并展望了深度还原技术及其发展前景。

Abstract

China's present copper smelting technology and copper slag resources status are introduced and the occurrence of iron in copper slag generated by different smelting methods is analyzed.In view of the characteristics of copper slag,the available copper slag reduction treatment methods are summarized and the related concepts of deep reduction technology are introduced.According to the different types of reductants,three deeply reduction methods for iron recovery from copper slag are mainly described,including gas-based deep reduction,coal-based deep reduction and oil-based deep reduction,and the deep reduction technology and its development prospect are expected.
