摘要

以茂金属配合物双(四甲基环戊二烯基)二氯化锆为主催化剂,1-己烯为反应物,甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂,考察了反应条件对茂金属催化剂催化1-己烯齐聚反应活性的影响。结果表明,茂金属催化剂1-己烯齐聚反应活性和产物收率均随反应温度的升高和反应体系中铝锆比(Al/Zr)的增加而增加。通过降低反应体系中1-己烯的加入量可以使1-己烯齐聚反应在较低的Al/Zr(200:1)和较低的反应温度(40℃)下具有较高的齐聚反应活性和产物收率。茂金属催化剂双(四甲基环戊二烯基)二氯化锆具有较高的1-己烯齐聚反应活性,其反应活性可达106 g/[mol(Zr)·h]以上。

Abstract

The effect of reaction conditions on the activity of metallocene in catalyzing 1-hexene oligomerization is investigated by using metallocene complex Zr[(CH3)4Cp]2Cl2 as main catalyst and methylaluminoxane (MAO) as promoter.The result indicates both the reaction activity and the product yield increase with the rising reaction temperature and the rising ratio of Al/Zr in 1-hexene oligomerization.The relatively high oligomerization reaction activity and product yield can be achieved by decreasing the added amount of 1-hexene under low reaction temperature (40℃) and low ratio of Al/Zr (200:1).Metallocene catalyst Zr[(CH3)4Cp]2Cl2 exhibits excellent activity in 1-hexene oligomerization,exceeding 106 g·mol Zr-1·h-1.
