摘要
介绍了聚甲氧基二甲醚作为柴油添加剂的性能指标。以聚甲氧基二甲醚不同的反应物料为分类依据,对比了几种聚甲氧基二甲醚合成工艺的优缺点,其中采用甲缩醛与多聚甲醛为原料合成聚甲氧基二甲醚工艺具有一定的优势。对今后聚甲氧基二甲醚的研究方向进行了展望,指出聚甲氧基二甲醚今后的研究方向为提高催化剂的可靠性、降低催化剂成本。
Abstract
The performance indexes of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers as diesel additives are presented.Based on the classification of different reaction materials,the advantages and disadvantages of several synthetic processes for polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether are compared.It is found that the processes with methylal and paraformaldehyde respectively as raw materials have certain advantages than others.The future research direction of polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether is discussed,which is suggested to follow up improvement of catalyst reliability and development of low-cost catalyst.
