摘要

以氧化环己烯(CHO)、环氧乙烷(EO)和二氧化碳(CO2)为原料进行三元共聚合成聚(乙烯环己烯碳酸酯)(PECHC),再以丁二酸酐(SAH)为扩链剂对PECHC进行熔融扩链。考察了扩链的影响因素,确定了最佳工艺条件。采用GPC、1HNMR、XRD、TGA等手段对聚合物结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,熔融扩链后,聚合物的数均分子质量(Mn)增大了1.99倍,5%热失重温度(T-5%)增大了31℃,并且结晶度降低。同时扩链提高了聚合物的力学性能,拉伸强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率分别增大了10.18 MPa、212.17 MPa、10.51%。

Abstract

Polyethylene cyclohexene carbonate (PECHC) is synthesized through terpolymerization with cyclohexene oxide,ethylene oxide and carbon dioxide as raw materials.The molten chain extension reaction of PECHC is performed with succinic anhydride as chain extender.The influencing factors for chain extension are investigated and the optimum process conditions are determined.The structure and properties of the polymers are characterized by GPC,1H-NMR,XRD,TGA,etc.The results show that after chain extension,the average molecular weight (Mn) of polymer increases by 1.99 times,T-5% (5% weight loss temperature) rises by 31℃ and the crystallinity of polymer decreases again.Meanwhile,chain extension improves the mechanical properties of polymer whose tensile strength,elasticity modulus and elongation at break increases by 10.18 MPa,212.17 MPa and 10.51% respectively.
