摘要
采用Stöber方法合成SiO2纳米颗粒,通过Pickering乳液模板法制备含氟两亲纳米颗粒(SiO2/APTES/HFBA),并对其表面活性进行评价。利用粒径分析仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和表面张力仪对含氟两亲纳米颗粒的粒径分布、化学组成和界面活性进行分析表征。结果表明,实验合成的SiO2纳米颗粒粒径分布狭窄,平均粒径为192 nm。制备的含氟两亲纳米颗粒(SiO2/APTES/HFBA)在质量分数达到0.6%时,其在界面上的吸附达到饱和,此时,表面张力为35.2 mN/m,具有较优异的界面活性。
Abstract
SiO2 nanoparticles are synthesized via Stöber method.Then,fluorine-containing amphiphilic nanoparticles (SiO2/APTES/HFBA) are prepared via Pickering emulsion template and their surface activity is evaluated.The chemical composition,particle size distribution and interfacial activity of SiO2/APTES/HFBA samples are characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope (FT-IR),particle size analyzer and surface tension meter.The results show that the particle size distribution of the synthesized SiO2 nanoparticles is narrow,with an average particle size of 192 nm.When the concentration of the prepared fluorine-containing amphiphilic nanoparticles reaches 0.6%,the adsorption on the interface can reach saturation and the surface tension is 35.2 mN·m-1,showing an excellent interfacial activity.
