摘要
在凹凸棒石(ATP)表面依次负载金红石型纳米二氧化钛和二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯(DHHB)制备纳米TiO2/ATP@DHHB复合材料。通过XRD、FT-IR、TG-DSC、SEM和UV-VIS等技术对复合材料进行表征。结果表明,TiO2为金红石型,DHHB以物理吸附的方式存在于TiO2/ATP表面形成包覆膜层。引入ATP载体降低了TiO2的团聚,同时抑制了DHHB的自发结晶。TiO2/凹凸棒石@DHHB复合材料具有良好的疏水亲油性,并在290~380 nm的波长范围内显示较好的广谱紫外防护效果,UVB防晒系数(SPF)和UVA防晒指数(PFA)分别达到了12.31和11.56(PA+++)。
Abstract
Nano TiO2/attapulgite@DHHB composites are prepared by loading rutile nano TiO2 and diethylaminobenzoyl hexyl benzoate (DHHB) in turn on the surface of attapulgite (ATP).The composite samples are characterized by XRD,FT-IR,TG-DSC,SEM and UV-Vis.It is found that TiO2 remains rutile phase,DHHB exists on the surface of TiO2/ATP through physical adsorption and forms a coating film layer.The addition of ATP as a carrier reduces the agglomeration of TiO2 while inhibits the spontaneous crystallization of DHHB.The TiO2/ATP@DHHB composite has good hydrophobicity and lipophilicity,and shows a good broad-spectrum UV protection effect in the wavelength range of 290-380 nm,the sun protection factor of UVB (SPF) and the protection factor of UVA (PFA) can reach 12.31 and 11.56 (PA+++),respectively.
