摘要
介绍了钯复合膜的工作原理和性能特性,并从制备方法和多孔支撑体材料2个方面对钯复合膜分离器进行了总结。化学镀是制备复合膜最常用的制备方法,修饰层、还原剂渗透以及与PVD相结合的化学镀复合制备方法能够有效地改善钯复合膜的质量;增厚法、渗透法、填充法等钯膜修复方法则能够提高钯膜的成品率。目前主流的支撑体材料是多孔金属支撑体和多孔陶瓷支撑体,通过制备中间层、优化支撑体材料以及非匀质支撑体等方法能够提高钯复合膜的质量,多孔玻璃、多孔有机聚合物等新材料的开发也成为未来的发展方向。
Abstract
This paper describes the working principle and current performance characteristics of palladium-based composite membranes,and summarizes the palladium composite membrane separators from two aspects such as preparation methods and porous matrix materials.Electroless plating is the most common preparation method for preparing composite membranes.A complex preparation method combining a modifying layer and reducing agent penetration with PVD method together is introduced,which can improve effectively the quality of palladium-based composite membrane.Palladium membrane repair methods such as thickening method,infiltration method and filling method can improve the yield of palladium membrane.Among porous matrix materials,the current applicable materials are porous metal matrix and porous ceramic matrix.The quality of palladium-based composite membranes can be improved by preparing middle layers,optimizing matrix materials and non-homogeneous substrates.The development of new matrix materials such as porous glass and porous organic polymers have also become the future development direction.
