废塑料进口全面禁止后，会对国内塑料加工利用企业和上下游相关行业产生重大影响。介绍了我国废塑料的进口现状；通过对我国近年废塑料进口情况的梳理和总结，分析了进口废物管理调整产生的有利和不利影响，并就当前形势提出相应的管理建议。

China will ban imports of waste plastics from December 31,2018,which will have huge impact on China's plastic processing and utilizing enterprises and corresponding upstream and downstream industries.This paper introduces the current import situation of waste plastics in China.Based on reviewing and summarizing China's import situation of waste plastics in recent years,the positive and negative effects possibly brought by waste import ban are analyzed and the concerning management suggestions are put forward for the current situation.
