摘要

基于Aspen Plus平台对含油污泥气化反应进行数值模拟和研究,使用吉布斯自由能最小的原理,建立气化模型并验证模型的可靠性。模拟以含油污泥为原料,空气作为气化剂,分析了进料含水率、气化温度、当量比对热等离子体气化特性的影响,确定了气化反应最佳操作参数:含水率在14%~17%,气化温度为保证充分反应的最低温度,当量比为0.15。

Abstract

Based on Aspen Plus software platform, the gasification process of oily sludge is simulated and analyzed.The gasification model is established based on the Gibbs free energy minimization method and its reliability is verified.In the simulation, the oily sludge is used as raw material and air is used as the gasification gas, the influences of feed moisture content, gasification temperature and equivalence ratio on the characteristics of thermal plasma are analyzed.The optimal operation parameters for gasification process are determined as follows:the moisture content is between 14%-17%, the temperature is the lowest temperature that ensures full reaction and the equivalence ratio is around 0.15.
