摘要

催化剂再生系统是连续重整装置的重要组成部分,连续重整装置的待生催化剂碳质量分数在2%~6%波动,严重影响了再生系统的操作调整。研究发现,由于待生催化剂里面含有较多的芳烃组分是产生该现象的原因。通过改进分析方法,对待生催化剂在100℃烘烤2.0 h,碳质量分数不再大幅度波动,保证了装置的平稳运行。

Abstract

The catalyst regeneration system is an important part of the continuous catalytic reforming unit.Carbon content of the spent catalyst in the continuous catalytic reforming unit often fluctuates between 2% and 6%, which affects seriously the operation adjustment of the catalyst regeneration system.It is found that the presence of more aromatic components in the catalyst is the cause of this fluctuation.Through improving the analytical method, carbon content of the spent catalyst that is baked at 100℃ for 2.0 h will no longer fluctuates greatly, which ensures the smooth operation of the system.
