摘要

以壳聚糖为涂膜基质,采用原位改性法制备了纳米CaCO3/壳聚糖复合涂膜,考察了纳米CaCO3质量分数对复合涂膜理化性能的影响。结果表明,添加纳米CaCO3可以显著提高壳聚糖涂膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,提高其对O2和水蒸气阻隔能力,降低CO2阻隔能力。当纳米CaCO3的质量分数为1.5%时,纳米CaCO3/壳聚糖复合涂膜的理化性能最佳。

Abstract

Nano-CaCO3/chitosan composite coating with different contents of nano-CaCO3 are prepared through in-situ modification method with chitosan as coating matrix and the effects of nano-CaCO3 dosage on the physicochemical properties of the composite coating are studied.The results show that the addition of nano-CaCO3 can help the chitosan coating to lift significantly the tensile strength and elongation at break, improve the barrier ability to O2 and water vapor, and lower the barrier ability to CO2.The physicochemical properties of in-situ modified nano-CaCO3/chitosan composite coating reach the best at a nano-CaCO3 dosage of 1.5%.
