摘要
以蛭石为原料并通过膨胀法制备膨胀蛭石,利用阳离子表面活性剂改性并制备有机改性蛭石,采用SEM、XRD和FT-IR等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,蛭石是一种典型的层状黏土材料;空白PVC经50 min左右将完全老化(老化度为10),加入膨胀蛭石热稳定剂后PVC在60 min保持老化度为5(棕色);膨胀蛭石和有机改性膨胀蛭石具有延迟PVC老化的优异性能;锌离子的加入严重降低蛭石热稳定性能;颗粒小的PVC糊较颗粒大的PVC粉能显著提高蛭石热稳定性能,膨胀蛭石热稳定剂最佳质量分数为1%~1.5%。同时探讨了蛭石热稳定剂的制备和热稳定性能的影响规律。
Abstract
China's dominant mineral vermiculite is used as raw materials to prepare expanded vermiculite via expansion method.The expanded vermiculite is then modified by cationic surfactant to manufacture organic modified vermiculite, which is characterized by SEM, XRD and FTIR.The results show that vermiculite is a typical layered clay material;blank PVC will be completely aged in about 50 min (aging degree is 10);the aging degree of PVC with expanded vermiculite heat stabilizer remains 5 (brown) in 60 min;both expanded vermiculite and organic modified expanded vermiculite have the ability to delay aging of PVC;the addition of zinc ions in expanded vermiculite can reduce seriously the thermal stability of vermiculite;small particles PVC paste can improve significantly the thermal stability of vermiculite than big particles PVC powder;the optimum amount of expanded vermiculite heat stabilizer is about 1%-1.5% (mass fraction) in PVC.This paper also discusses the preparation of vermiculite heat stabilizer and the influences on its thermostability.
