摘要
综述了纳米脂质药物偶联物(lipid drug conjugate,LDC)的不同制备方法、表征手段及应用。纳米脂质药物偶联物基于脂质体系、纳米颗粒体系和脂质赋形剂形成良好的药物载体运输系统,有助于改善药物的渗透性和生物利用度。
Abstract
Lipid drug conjugate (LDC) is an active therapeutic agent for the combination of lipids such as fatty acids and phospholipids with drugs.It can be processed into nano-lipid drug conjugates, which can help to change the pharmacokinetic characteristics of the drug to achieve active targeted transport and reduce adverse reactions.The preparation methods, characterization measurements and applications of nano-lipid drug conjugates are summarized.
