综述了近几年我国磷肥行业的发展状况，指出行业当前面临产能过剩、国际竞争压力大、资源前景堪忧、磷石膏制约发展等问题，提出了加快转型发展、提高技术创新、解决中低品位磷矿选矿难题、磷石膏综合利用等未来磷肥行业发展建议。

This paper expounds the development status of China's phosphate fertilizer industry in recent years, points out that this industry is currently facing the problems such as overcapacity, great pressure from international competition, poor prospect of resources and restrictive development of phosphogypsum.It also puts forward future development proposals for the phosphate fertilizer, such as speeding up industrial shift, improving technological innovation, solving ore dressing difficulties for middle and low grades phosphate ore and implement comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum.
