聚焦于应急管理信息化，对应急管理信息化的意义和定位做了分析，对应急管理信息化实施的基本原则进行了研究。对我国大型石油石化企业的应急管理信息化从主体模块及关联模块两方面进行了探讨。在阐述观点的过程中，以国内合资公司和大型炼厂为例进行佐证，对于建设简明、实用的应急管理信息化体系，构筑企业应急管理一体化平台具有重要意义。

Focused on the informatization of emergency management, the significance and orientation of informatization of emergency management are analyzed and the basic principles to implement informatization of emergency management are studied.The informatization of emergency management in large-scale petrochemical enterprises is discussed from two aspects including main modules and associated modules.Examples of Chinese joint ventures and large refineries are taken to illustrate the standpoints.It is of great significance to set up a simple and practical informatization system for the emergency management and build an integrated platform of emergency management for enterprise.
