摘要

利用Aspen HysysV9.0软件建立工艺流程,对二甲醚生产精制分离过程中塔的温度、压力等操作参数随塔板数的变化做了分析,经过二甲醚回收塔后乙酸甲酯的摩尔分数由原来的液相中的0.087 7提高到0.285 9,气相中的乙酸甲酯摩尔分数降低为0.000 1,二甲醚的摩尔分数由液相中的0.891 0提高为气相中的0.970 0,进而回收使用。经过乙酸甲酯精馏塔后,液相中乙酸甲酯的摩尔分数由原来的0.285 9提高为0.990 0,二甲醚精制塔最小回流比优化为0.12,塔顶温度为18.63℃,塔底温度为31.82℃,乙酸甲酯精制塔回流比优化后为0.10,塔顶温度为19.77℃,塔底温度为112℃。

Abstract

The process flow is established by means of Aspen Hysys V9.0 software.The influences of the number of plates on temperature,pressure and other operating parameters for the tower in the refinement and separation process of dimethyl ether production are analyzed.After treatment in dimethyl ether recovery tower,the molar fraction of methyl acetate increases from 0.087 7 in the original liquid phase to 0.285 9,the molar fraction of methyl acetate in the gas phase decreases to 0.000 1 and the molar fraction of dimethyl ether increases from 0.891 0 in the liquid phase to 0.97 in the gas phase.And then dimethyl ether in the gas phase is recycled for use.After being processed in the methyl acetate distillation column,the molar fraction of methyl acetate in the liquid phase increases from 0.285 9 to 0.99.The column top temperature is 18.63℃ and the bottom temperature is 31.82℃ when the minimum reflux ratio for the dimethyl ether refining column is optimized to 0.12.The column top temperature is 19.77℃ and the bottom temperature is 112℃ when the reflux ratio for the methyl acetate refining column is optimized to 0.1.
