摘要

通过能耗和有效能分析,提出了酸气直接压缩式热泵方案、半贫液循环方案和富液压力能回收方案3种节能措施,并进行了3种措施的能耗和有效能对比分析。结果表明,3种节能措施均可有效降低天然气脱硫脱碳装置的能耗,其中半贫液循环方案的有效能损失和总能耗最低,可节约能耗6.02%;酸气直接压缩式热泵方案的有效能需求和有效能损失最高,以牺牲一定有效能使装置的总能耗降低4.80%;压力能回收方案的有效能需求最低,但能耗仅降低2.04%。综合比较3种方案,半贫液循环方案最适用于高酸性天然气脱硫脱碳装置的节能。

Abstract

Based on the analysis on energy consumption and effective energy,three energy saving schemes are given,such as acid gas direct compression plus heat pump,semi-lean solution recycling and pressure energy recovery from rich amine solution.The energy consumption and effective energy of these three schemes are compared and analyzed.Results show that three energy saving schemes all can effectively reduce the energy consumption in the natural gas desulfurization and decarbonization plant.Among them,the semi-lean solution recycling scheme can give the lowest energy consumption and the lowest loss in effective energy,which can reduce energy consumption by 6.02%.The acid gas direct compression plus heat pump scheme can help to reduce the energy consumption by 4.80% but gives the highest loss in effective energy.The pressure energy recovery from rich amine solution scheme requires the lowest effective energy but can reduce the energy consumption by 2.04% only.In a sum,the semi-lean solution recycling scheme among three schemes is most suitable for the energy saving in the high sour natural gas desulfurization and decarbonization plant.
