摘要
对国内外关于多糖、蛋白类海洋生物医用材料(如透明质酸、壳聚糖、硫酸软骨素、海藻酸盐、琼脂糖、胶原蛋白等)研究的文献报道进行了整理,对其来源、制备工艺、分子结构、理化特性、力学性能、免疫原性和生物降解性、生理活性(如细胞黏附性等)、改性方法与复配特性,及其适宜剂型(如水凝胶、多孔支架、微球、纳米颗粒、微胶囊和纤维材料等)进行了简单的描述,并深入探讨其在临床应用(如组织工程、组织修复替代物、可吸收缝合线、药物控制释放、基因治疗、组织隔离膜、创伤和烧伤敷料等)中的潜力与不足,为今后海洋生物医用材料的设计和开发提供参考。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the literatures and reports at home and abroad about researches involving in polysaccharide and protein series of marine biomedical materials,including hyaluronic acid,chitosan,chondroitin sulfate,alginate,agarose and collagen.It describes briefly the sources,preparation methods,molecular structure,physicochemical and mechanical properties,immunogenicity,biodegradability,physiological activity,modification method,formulation property and suitable dosage forms of these materials.The suitable dosage forms include hydrogel,porous scaffold,microsphere,nanoparticle,microcapsule and fiber materials.This paper also investigates deeply the potential and insufficiency of these materials in clinical applications such as tissue engineering,tissue repair substitutes,absorbable suture,controlling release for drug,gene delivery,tissue isolation membrane,trauma and burn dressing,etc.,which can provide a reference for future research and design of marine biomedical materials.
