摘要

研究了化工行业蒸汽余热余压回收利用技术改造的节能效果,结果表明,提高蒸汽压力达到1.32 MPa时,发电效率提高25%左右,机组总的发电效率达到机组的设计目标。每年可节约406.91万kWh电量,可节约1 281.78 t标准煤,具有良好的节能效果。

Abstract

This paper studies the energy saving effect of the technical transformation for recovery and utilization of residual heat and pressure of steam in the chemical industry.The results show that the power generation efficiency increases about 25% when the steam pressure is increased to 1.32 MPa,representing that the total power generation efficiency of the power unit reaches the design goal.This technology can save 4.069 1 million kWh of electricity per year,corresponding to 1 281.78 tons of standard coal,which shows a good energy saving effect.
