摘要

以外加热式生物质热解炭气油联产中试设备为平台,以其工艺技术特点为基础,结合粗热解气的组分特性,提出了一种分级处理、逐级净化的工艺技术方案,主要包括旋风除尘、多级冷凝、静电捕焦、湿法除焦等工艺环节,同时对净化后的燃气进行清洁回用,并分析了安全预警与防爆措施、智能监测与控制系统等辅助技术。

Abstract

Taking the external heating biomass pyrolysis for carbon-gas-oil pilot combination production equipment as platform,based on its technique characteristics and combined with coarse composition characteristics of pyrolysis gas,a hierarchical processing and step by step purification technology scheme is proposed.The scheme includes cyclone dust removal,multi-stage condensation,electrostatic capture of coke and wet decoking processes.Meanwhile,the fuel gas after purification is recycled,the auxiliary technologies such as safety early warning,explosion-proof measures,intelligent monitoring and control system are analyzed.
