摘要

通过检测添加了藤茶提取物二氢杨梅素(DMY)的聚丙烯(PP)在自然老化试验和烘箱老化实验中的力学性能和熔体流动性,评价了DMY对PP的抗氧化作用,并与添加合成抗氧剂Irganox B215的样品进行比较。结果表明,添加DMY的PP在老化过程中拉伸强度和冲击强度的下降及熔体流动速率的增大均有所延缓,说明DMY是PP的一种高效抗氧剂;另一方面,自然老化试验中添加Irganox B215的样品在105 d内的稳定性更好,但DMY的抗氧化效果持续时间更长,而在烘箱老化实验中情况有所不同,整个老化过程中Irganox B215表现出比DMY更好的抗氧化效果。DMY无毒、高效、稳定性好、资源丰富,是一种优良的天然抗氧剂。

Abstract

Effects of dihydromyricetin (DMY),extracted from ampelopsis grossedentata,on the antioxidantive properties of polypropylene (PP) are evaluated by investigating the differences of DMY-containing PP's mechanical properties and melt flowability in natural weathering tests and oven aging tests.The DMY-containing PP is compared with the PP sample containing a synthetic antioxidant (Irganox B215).The results show that both the reduction of mechanical properties and the increment of melt flowability of DMY-containing PP are slower than that of blank PP sample during the aging process,implying that DMY is a high efficient antioxidant for PP.On the other hand,in natural weathering tests,the PP samples containing Irganox B215 exhibits higher stability than the PP samples containing DMY during 105 days;however,the antioxidant effectiveness of DMY lasts longer than that of Irganox B215.The oven aging tests give different results that Irganox B215 shows better antioxidation effect than DMY.In a sum,DMY is a good natural antioxidant with features of not-toxicity,high efficiency,good stability and rich in resource.
