摘要
以丁二酸酐、2-[2-(二甲基氨基)乙氧基]乙醇和溴代十六烷(C16H33Br)为原料,合成了一种酯基型Gemini双季铵表面活性剂(简称为GS16-EEG-16)。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振光谱(1H-NMR)对产物结构进行表征。复配得到最终配方为8 g SAS-60、3 g 6501、3 g吐温80和0.6 g GS16-EEG-16。性能测试结果表明,随着复配体系中GS16-EEG-16质量的增加,表面活性剂越易聚集缔合成胶束。0.6 g双子加量的表面活性剂复配体系乳化系统中,油/水分离时间达到96 min,且在聚四氟乙烯板(简称PTFE)上的接触角为63°,说明其具有很好的乳化性能和润湿性能。0.6 g双子加量的表面活性剂复配体系仅用28 min便可将油/水界面张力降低至1.9×10-3 mN/m,最终驱油效率达52.5%。
Abstract
An ester-based gemini double quaternary ammonium salts surfactant (GS16-EEG-16) is prepared with succinic anhydride,2-ethanol and C16H33Br as raw materials.The obtained product is characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.And the final compound formulation includes 8 g of SAS-60,3 g of 6501,3 g of Tween 80 and 0.6 g of GS16-EEG-16.The results from performance determination show that the surfactant becomes more easily aggregated into micelles with the increase of the mass amount of GS16-EEG-16 in the compound system.The results of emulsification and wet ability test show that the oil/water separation time reach 96 min in the emulsification system of 0.6 gram gemetic additive surfactant compound system and the contact angle on PTFE is 63°,indicating that it has good emulsifying properties and wetting properties.With the 0.6 gram gemetic additive surfactant compound system,the interfacial tension of oil/water can be reduced to 1.9×10-3 mN·m-1 in 28 minutes only,and the final oil displacement efficiency is 52.5%.
