摘要
采用水热法合成不同形貌的锌镍电池负极材料锌酸钙。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、循环伏安(CV)、倍率充放电技术等对锌酸钙材料进行表征与测试。结果表明:反应温度为50、60、70℃下制备的锌酸钙的形貌分别为四边形、不规则形、六边形,其结晶程度高;循环伏安测试结果表明,不同形貌锌酸钙均具有较好的可逆性;倍率充放电测试结果表明,水热法制备的不同形貌锌酸钙负极在0.2 C充放电循环40次后,六边形锌酸钙的循环保持率最高,达到89.7%。
Abstract
Calcium zincate with different morphologies,as negative electrode materials for Zn-Ni battery,is synthesized by the hydrothermal method.The prepared calcium zincate materials are characterized and determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD),cyclic voltammetry (CV) and multiple rate charging and discharging technology.The results show that the calcium zincate samples prepared under 50℃,60℃ and 70℃ have a morphology of quadrilateral,irregular and hexagonal,respectively,all with high crystallinity.The results by CV show that calcium zincate with different morphologies all exhibit good reversibility.The results by the multiple rate charging and discharging technology show that the hexagonal calcium zincate negative electrode has the highest cycle retention rate of 89.7% after 40 times of charging and discharging cycle under 0.2 C,which is much higher than calcium zincate with other two morphologies.
