摘要
介绍了纳米级ZSM-5分子筛的制备方法,分析了纳米尺度ZSM-5分子筛的优缺点。指出开发优异的甲醇制丙烯ZSM-5分子筛的关键在于控制一个维度上达到纳米尺度、减少缺陷位、控制Al分布以减少外表面酸性位,并要兼顾多方面因素来调节ZSM-5分子筛,才能有望得到MTP反应催化性能优异的ZSM-5分子筛。
Abstract
The preparation methods for nano-scale ZSM-5 molecular sieve are introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of nano-scale ZSM-5 molecular sieve are analyzed.It is pointed out that the keys to develop excellent ZSM-5 molecular sieve for methanol to propylene (MTP) include controlling nano-scale of the molecular sieve on one dimension,reducing defect sites,controlling Al distribution in order to reduce the external surface acidic sites and adjusting ZSM-5 molecular sieve by considering various factors,and then the ZSM-5 molecular sieve with excellent catalytic performance in MTP reaction can be obtained.
