摘要
针对CNT发热对电子器件的影响,可采用降低CNT接触电阻、降低CNT阵列的热阻和修复CNT缺陷等方法加以改善;对上述各种改善方法进行了综述,为CNT在电子器件中的实际应用提供指导。
Abstract
Aiming at eliminating the influences of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) heat generation on electronic devices,the improvement methods such as reducing the contact resistance of CNTs,reducing the thermal resistance of CNT arrays,and repairing the defects in CNTs etc.can be used.These improvement methods are reviewed,which can provide references for the practical applications of CNT in electronic devices.
