现代煤化工是我国未来应对能源安全问题和气候变化的重要途径之一。介绍了现代煤化工技术及产业现状，包括煤制油、煤制天然气和煤制化学品。梳理并评述了2004年以来与现代煤化工相关的主要产业政策，分析了不同时期政策针对不同产业发展阶段的调整和波动，政策的演变过程体现了政府对于煤化工产业认识的不断深化过程以及对于环境问题的不断重视。总结了现代煤化工产业的主要政策导向，阐述了现代煤化工的战略地位，指出其未来在加强研发、推动产业示范以及与其他先进技术结合后，产业将向绿色、高效、低碳、集约方向发展。

The modern coal chemical industry is one of the important routes for China to address energy-supply security and climate change issues.This paper introduces technologies and industrial status of the modern coal chemical industry,containing coal to liquids,coal to nature gas and coal to chemicals.Main industrial policies that are related to the modern coal chemical industry and have been issued since 2004 are reviewed and commented.The adjustments and fluctuations of policies in different periods in the light of different industrial development stages are recognized.The evolution of the policies has reflected the government's deepening understandings on the coal chemical industry and increasing attentions to environmental issues.Finally,this paper summarizes the main direction of policies for the modern coal chemical industry,expounds the strategic position of the modern coal chemical industry,and points out that the modern coal chemical industry will develop towards a green,efficient,low-carbon and intensive direction through strengthening the R&D,promoting the demonstration and combining with other advanced technologies.
