摘要
在切割温度90℃下对FCC汽油进行馏分切割。采用氧化-吸附工艺脱除FCC汽油重馏分中的硫化物。以H2O2为氧化剂,HCOOH-H2SO4杂多酸为催化剂,抚顺二厂混合平衡催化剂为吸附剂,考察工艺条件对脱硫效果的影响,并对脱硫前后油品的硫类型分布进行检测分析。结果表明,在V(H2O2):V(H2SO4):V(HCOOH)=23:1.5:3、氧化温度为60℃、m(吸附剂):m(油)=0.5、吸附温度为70℃、吸附时间为60 min的条件下,体系脱硫率为72.4%。
Abstract
Fractions of FCC gasoline are cut at 90℃.Sulfides are removed from heavy fractions of FCC gasoline by oxidation-adsorption process.The influence of technological conditions on the desulfurization efficiency is investigated by using H2O2 as oxidant,HCOOH-H2SO4 heteropoly acid as catalyst and the self-made hybrid equilibrium catalyst as adsorbent.The sulfur type distribution in the oil products before and after desulfurization is detected and analyzed.The results show that the desulfurization rate can reach 72.4% under the conditions of v(H2O2):V(H2SO4):v(HCOOH)=23:1.5:3,oxidation temperature 60℃,m(adsorbent):m(oil)=0.5,adsorption temperature 70℃ and adsorption time 60 min.
