摘要

针对目前压裂液摩阻测试过程自动化水平低、工作强度高的问题,设计了一套压裂液摩阻测试系统,该系统用西门子PLC作为数据采集与控制核心,使用传感器测量实验过程中的压力、压差、流量、温度等数据,利用计算机对采集到的数据进行处理,使用WINCC作为人机交互界面,对系统进行实时监控。使用测试系统对一种减阻剂在不同质量分数下进行减阻性能测试,测定结果表明,在一定质量分数下,该减阻剂的减阻效果随质量分数的上升而上升。

Abstract

Aiming at solving the problems of low automation level and high work intensity in present measure system for friction of fracturing fluid,a new measure system is designed.This new measure system employs Siemens PLC as core of data acquisition and control,uses sensors to measure the pressure,pressure difference,fluid flow,temperature and other parameters in the experimental process,processes the collected data with computer,and monitors the system in real time by using WINCC as the man-machine interface.The new measure system is applied to measure the friction reduction performance of a kind of friction reducer at different mass concentrations.The measuring results show that the friction reduction effect of this kind of friction reducer increases with the increase of mass concentration in a certain concentration range.
