摘要

回顾了钙钛矿晶体的研究进展，其中主要涉及单晶制备方法的研究。迄今为止，溶液法是一种生长高质量钙钛矿单晶有效的方法，同时满足制备流程简单、生产成本低的特点，是钙钛矿单晶制备的发展趋势。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress in perovskite crystals,mainly focusing on the growth methods of single crystal.So far,the solution method is an effective one to grow high quality perovskite single crystal with advantages of simple process flow and low production cost,which represents the development tendency of perovskite single crystal preparation.
