摘要

对近几年我国黑木耳中生物活性成分的提取工艺研究进行了归纳总结，并展望了其提取研究的发展方向，为黑木耳中生物活性成分深入研究、开发利用提供参考。

Abstract

China's researches in the extraction technologies of bioactive ingredients from auricularia auricular in recent years are summarized,and the development directions of extraction research are prospected.This paper aims to provide references for further research,development and utilization of bioactive ingredients from auricularia auricular.
