摘要

总结了以脱硫过程中获得的有机胺-二氧化硫电子转移产物(主要是DABSO)用作气态二氧化硫替代物进行有机反应的研究进展,综述了以其作为硫源合成各种砜、磺酰胺、磺酰氯等有较高附加值产物的研究,并对部分反应机理进行了总结。同时指出,虽然该反应路线具有反应条件温和、反应原料易得的优点,可以为多种含磺酰基化合物的合成提供新的思路,但是依然存在可用的替代物体系较少、部分反应条件苛刻、成本过高等问题。在以后的研究中,应将有机胺烟气脱硫技术与有机胺-二氧化硫电子转移产物的资源化利用一体化发展,同时加强对于吸附能力优异、反应活性高的新型有机胺吸收体系的研究。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the progresses in using amine-SO2 electron transfer products (mainly DABSO) gained in desulfurization as a gaseous sulfur dioxide substitute to carry out organic reaction.The synthesis of various sulfones,sulfonamides,sulfonyl chloride and other high value products by using amine-SO2 electron transfer products as sulfur resources is reviewed,and part of the reaction mechanism are summarized.It is noted that although this reaction route has advantages such as mild reaction conditions and easy availability of reaction raw materials and provides a new idea for the synthesis of a plurality of sulfonyl-containing compounds,but there exist problems including few alternative systems available,some harsh reaction conditions,high cost or others.It is suggested that in the future study,the amine-way flue gas desulfurization technology and the re-utilization of amine-sulfur dioxide electron transfer products shall be developed in an integrating way,while the research on new organic amine absorption system with excellent adsorption capacity and high reactivity shall be strengthened.
