摘要

介绍了近年化工行业氨泄漏事故概况及危害,从过程控制角度将氨泄漏处置技术的范畴划分为泄漏源头密封堵漏处置技术与NH3吸收处理技术两部分;归纳分析了这两种技术的原理、优缺点、应用现状,并对其广泛应用于氨泄漏处置的发展趋势进行了前瞻性思考,旨在探索化工行业氨泄漏的有效处置技术手段,保障人民生命财产及生态环境安全。

Abstract

The ammonia leakage accidents happened in the chemical industry in recent years and the damages caused correspondingly are introduced.When leakage occurs,an effective emergency disposal technique is very important to protect lives,property and ecological environment.Based on process control theory,the disposal techniques for ammonia leakage are categorized into two kinds-the leakage source sealing and plugging disposal techniques and ammonia absorption treatment techniques.The principles,advantages and shortages,and application status of these two kinds of techniques are summarized and analyzed.The development trend of their wide applications in the ammonia leakage disposal is considered prospectively.It is aiming to discover effective disposal techniques and measures for ammonia leakages in the chemical industry in order to protect people,property and ecological environment.
