摘要

深入分析了褐煤中水分的赋存形态,提质过程中褐煤孔结构和含氧官能团的变化及其与提质褐煤水分复吸行为之间的关联,同时对现有的褐煤脱水提质技术进行了总结和对比。结果显示,微波辐照能有效脱除褐煤中极性含氧官能团,机械热压能显著减小褐煤孔体积和比表面积,含氧官能团、孔体积和表面积的减小是有效抑制提质褐煤水分复吸的主要原因,将微波干燥与机械热压脱水技术耦合是褐煤有效脱水提质的可能发展方向。

Abstract

The moisture occurrence forms in lignite,the changes of pore structure and oxygen-containing functional groups of lignite during upgrading process,and the relationship between these changes and the moisture re-adsorption behavior are analyzed deeply.Moreover,the existing technologies for dehydration and upgrading of lignite are reviewed and compared.The results indicate that microwave irradiation can efficiently decompose the polar oxygen-containing functional groups in lignite,mechanical thermal dewatering can sharply decrease the pore volume and specific surface area of lignite.And the decreases of oxygen-containing functional groups,pore volume and specific surface area of lignite all can efficiently restrain the moisture re-adsorption of upgraded lignite.Based on this conclusion,it is suggested that the combination of microwave drying and mechanical thermal dewatering technologies will be probably the developing tendency for lignite upgrading in the future.
