摘要

采用浸渍法制备了四氟硼酸改性活性炭并对其进行表征,考察了改性活性炭对废润滑油再生效果的影响。结果表明,0.5% HBF4改性活性炭在反应温度为140℃,添加质量为0.3 g的最佳工艺条件下,所得再生油的收率为86.6%,黏度指数为122,凝点为-18.1℃,硫质量分数为0.029 6%,残炭为0.549%,折光率(25℃)为1.455 9,色度为1.5,闪点为211℃,基本达到我国再生润滑油所需的润滑油基础油质量标准。同时用SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件对其进行线性回归,得出再生油黏度指数与反应温度、改性活性炭添加量的回归方程。

Abstract

The activated carbon adsorbent modified by tetrafluoroboric acid is prepared by impregnation method and then characterized.The effect of modified activated carbon on the regeneration of waste lubricating oil is studied.The results show that under the optimal conditions such as the dosage of 0.5% HBF4 modified activated carbon being 0.3 g and the reaction temperature at 140℃,the yield of regenerated lubricating oil is 86.6%,the viscosity index of it is 122,solidifying point is -18.1℃,sulfur content is 0.029 6%,carbon residue is 0.549%,refractive index(25℃) is 1.456 4,chromaticity is 1.5 and flash point is 211℃.The regenerated lubricating oil reaches basically the standard of China's lubricate base oil.Meanwhile,SPSS software is used to carry out linear regression for results,which derives the regression equation between the viscosity index of regenerated lubricating oil and reaction temperature,the dosage of modified activated carbon.
