摘要

综述了近年来采用界面聚合法制备中空纤维复合纳滤膜的研发进展,重点介绍了基于不同基膜材料和不同界面聚合条件所制备的中空纤维复合纳滤膜的性能及纳滤膜的改性。讨论了通过改性基膜或者加入添加剂等来提高中空纤维复合纳滤膜性能的方法。最后对不同类型产品在工业化放大时可能遇到的问题进行了探讨。

Abstract

Research and development progress in the preparation of hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membranes by interfacial polymerization method in recent years is overviewed.The performances of hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membranes fabricated with different substrate membrane materials and at different interfacial polymerization conditions as well as the modification of nanofiltration membrane are introduced in particular.In addition,the ways to improve the performance of hollow fiber composite nanofiltration membranes through modifying the substrate membrane or adding additives during interfacial polymerization are discussed.Finally,the problems that may be encountered in industrial scale-up for different types of products are analyzed.
