摘要

随着我国火电发电市场的快速增长以及国家环保要求的提高,处理电厂污染物的脱硝催化剂行业也迎来发展机遇期。基于专利信息,梳理脱硝催化剂行业中国专利申请数据,分析了专利逐年申请状况、相关专利所处的法律状态,并深入研究专利技术主要持有人及其研发团队的现状,剖析本行业内重点专利的发明内容和保护范围,为行业研究或技术开发人员提供参考。

Abstract

With the rapid growth of China's thermal power generation market and the increase of government's requirements for environmental protection,the denitration catalysts industry which treating with pollutants in power generation plants also faces a development opportunity period.Based on patent information,China's situation of patent applications in the denitration catalyst industry is retrieved.The patent application status by year,legal status stayed by related patents,major holders and their R&D team respectively are studied.Also,the invention content and protection scope for key patents in the denitration catalyst industry are analyzed in order to provide reference for researchers and development technicians.
