The traditional method to know the exposure is environmental monitoring. With the computer technology developing, using models to know and predict the chemical environmental exposure is very popular in science and research field, and these new methods also appear in government management and in decision-making to reduce the chemical hazard and environment risk. The exposure and its prediction and assessment technology used in governments of the developed countries are introduced in this paper. The feasibility and proposes are given such as the standard of the exposure research in chemical management proposed, exposure prediction models to assess the exposure of chemicals used, and the chemical risk management in practice implemented. The results show that: (1) the electrolyticefficiency can be enhanced using anion exchange membrane instead of cation exchange membrane because the former one can effectively prevent hydrogen ion from permeating into cation cell; (3) the best way of electrolytic is that both cells are electrolytic solution and anion exchange membrane is used; (3) the eligible EOW can be obtained under the reflux ratio of 40%-60%, and the value of pH will be out of range when the reflux ratio is above 80%. The effects of different reflux ratio on the value of oxidation reductive potential (ORP) and available chlorine content (ACC) are very little. A new preparing process is designed, which can not only enhance electrolytic efficiency and electrode lifetime, but also can decrease ERW discharge. (13 refs.) Several solvents are used in desorption experiments of the typical petroleum contaminated soils from oilfield. The desorption efficiency of different solvents are studied. Results showed that TU-A, a composite solvent of n-pentane and n-hexane (1:4 of volume ratio), has the best capability among them. The effects of temperature, treating time and solvent volume on the removal rate of oil are studied with this TU-A solvent. Room temperature and 20 min of treatment proves to be more efficient, and the oil removal rate can reach 95% and exceed 98% after twice washing. (10 refs.) 50. The activity of supported initiators of three kinds of MMT-X-2 are compared, and the process of preparing MMT-KPS-1 is optimized. The results indicate the successful interlation of initiations in the galleries of MMT layer and the larger proportion of MMT in supported initiator, the weaker activity of initiators. On the condition of the proper proportion of MMT in supported initiator, the activity of initiators increases, and the activity decrease of KPS caused by layers of MMT is less. When the dosages of MMT and KPS are the same, the time of intercalation process is 1 h, the loading amount of KPS and activity of MMT-KPS-1 will be the biggest. (5 refs.)
