Abstract: This paper studies the integration and weight reduction of hydrogen supply system in fuel cell,proposes an integrated combination valve,establishes the AMESim model for this valve and simulates the variation between design parameters of this valve and the output amount.The valve body structure is optimized in topology to reduce the weight of the valve.The results show that the integrated combination valve system has a 43% reduction in volume compared with previous hydrogen supply system and owns a fast response capacity of 0.3 s and a flow control accuracy of 2×10-4 g·s-1.Total weight of the combined valve after topology optimization drops 46.7%.
