Abstract: This paper reviews the research progress in using dry process to remove simultaneously hydrogen sulfide and phosphine in tail gas generated in the production of yellow phosphorus.The specific methods,and existing advantages and disadvantages of various dry processes are introduced,the relevant theoretical calculation basis is summarized,and some suggestions for future development are also put forward.
