Advances on application of membrane separation technology in ionic liquid recovery

Abstract: This review focuses on the research progress in the separation and recovery of ionic liquid by means of membrane-based methods such as pervaporation, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis, electro dialysis and membrane distillation.The characteristics of each membrane separation technology in the recovery of ionic liquid and their respective application prospects in this field are analyzed and presented.
