Progress in preparation and refining of long chain dicarboxylic acids

Abstract: This paper summarizes and reviews comprehensively the common separation and purification technologies for extracting long chain dicarboxylic acids from microbial fermentation broth and the recent development situation.Based on the related cases,the current technical characteristics are analyzed from the aspects such as pretreatment of fermentation broth,separation and purification,refining process,etc.In order to prepare products with desired quality,this paper proposes the problems to be solved in the crystallization unit,the key link in purification and refining process of long chain dicarboxylic acid,which shall be paid more attention to.Finally,the development direction of refining process for long-chain dicarboxylic acids is discussed.
