Abstract: Fractions of FCC gasoline are cut at 90℃.Sulfides are removed from heavy fractions of FCC gasoline by oxidation-adsorption process.The influence of technological conditions on the desulfurization efficiency is investigated by using H2O2 as oxidant,HCOOH-H2SO4 heteropoly acid as catalyst and the self-made hybrid equilibrium catalyst as adsorbent.The sulfur type distribution in the oil products before and after desulfurization is detected and analyzed.The results show that the desulfurization rate can reach 72.4% under the conditions of v(H2O2):V(H2SO4):v(HCOOH)=23:1.5:3,oxidation temperature 60℃,m(adsorbent):m(oil)=0.5,adsorption temperature 70℃ and adsorption time 60 min.
